This newsletter aims to remind our clients and the public in general about the requirement by the Business Regisration and Licencing Agency (BRELA), to update all statutory records in the BRELA’s Online Registration System (ORS). This requirement applies to all companies and Business Names registered by BRELA.

We note that, with effect from 1 February 2018, BRELA embarked on a journey aimed to digitize all registrations,  filings and other services provided by BRELA. Consequently, BRELA instructed all companies and business names initially registered manually to migrated to the ORS.
